When we initially decided to make repairs to our unit, we met with four contractors who had done repairs in our area for friends and neighbors. None of them stood out. When and if we needed to contact him, he answered his email or phone promptly.
 
He is actually the only contractor who sent a copy of his license and insurance as soon as I asked for them. The other four that we had spoken to never complied with this request. Plus, he provided us with a step-by-step, sequential contract that explained exactly what would be done and in what order.
The project was completed seamlessly. The workmanship and the way in which Rob and his company handled the entire job went beyond our expectations. We feel that Rob offers a leading edge in the construction field. His workmanship is of the highest quality, and his pricing is fair.
